- By using this site, you agree that is shall be used only to help facilitate extemp prep rooms and for no other purpose.
- National Online Forensics, NOF, may cancel your ability to use the site for any reason and at any time should you violate the terms of use.
- Please note - there is a fee for using our service to host your extemp room if you create a premium room. There is no cost for creating basic rooms.
- This fee must be paid before you are able to use the premium room for your tournament.
- There is no fee for competitors who visit your extemp room.
- Please note that National Online Forensics ("NOF","Danny Cantrell","Robert Cannon") will not be liable under any circumstances for special, indirect, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages or losses, including loss profits, loss of business opportunity or other similar damages resulting from or arising out of the use of this website.
- Any damages will be limited to the cost of the service listed above.
